Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (USA):

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States.

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Delays

SENSEYFIT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Carrier delays

• Customs (if applicable)

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SENSEYFIT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.
