At SENSEYFIT, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
    •    Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
    •    Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

After Shipping
    •    Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
    •    If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options.

Subscription or Purchase Options (If Applicable)
If SENSEYFIT offers subscriptions or recurring purchase options:
    •    Subscription orders can be canceled or modified before the next billing cycle.
    •    Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled for that cycle.
Right to Refuse Cancellation
SENSEYFIT reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
